This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data related to BotFlow, WhatsApp communication, and other data processed by StayFlow Studio.
What data this covers
You may use these instructions to request deletion of personal data associated with:
- BotFlow conversations and automation
- WhatsApp messages and related metadata processed by StayFlow Studio
- Customer support or service data linked to your WhatsApp phone number
How to request deletion
- Send an email to contact@stayflowstudio.com
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request – BotFlow
- Include the WhatsApp phone number associated with the request, preferably in international format (for example, +48123456789)
Verification
We may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion of another person’s data. Please respond to any verification request promptly so we can process your request.
What happens after your request
After verification, eligible personal data will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by applicable law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
You will receive confirmation after your request has been processed.
Requests are generally processed within 30 days, subject to applicable law and necessary identity verification.
