These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by StayFlow Studio, including BotFlow and related WhatsApp-based communication and automation features. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
StayFlow Studio provides digital hospitality, guest experience, and business automation tools. BotFlow is our WhatsApp-based chatbot and automation service that may handle conversations, respond to messages, and support booking, guest service, and related workflows.
2. WhatsApp communication
BotFlow operates through the WhatsApp Business Platform. By messaging BotFlow or StayFlow Studio on WhatsApp, you agree to communicate through WhatsApp and acknowledge that WhatsApp and Meta Platforms provide the underlying messaging infrastructure, subject to their own terms and policies.
3. Automated and AI-assisted responses
BotFlow may use automated systems and AI-assisted tools to generate responses. These responses are provided for convenience and operational support. Automated and AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You should not rely on them as professional, legal, financial, or booking advice without independent verification.
4. Availability and performance
We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free operation. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (including Meta or WhatsApp), network issues, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
5. User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when communicating with BotFlow or StayFlow Studio
- Use the services only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services
- Not use the services to send spam, harassment, malware, or illegal content
- Not attempt to bypass security measures or interfere with service operation
- Comply with applicable laws and WhatsApp’s acceptable use requirements
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use BotFlow or StayFlow Studio services to engage in abuse, fraud, spam, illegal activity, or any conduct that harms other users, StayFlow Studio, or third parties. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
StayFlow Studio retains all rights in its software, branding, content, and service materials, except for content you voluntarily provide. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a limited license to use it as necessary to operate and improve the services.
8. Third-party services
Our services depend on third parties, including Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, and other infrastructure or API providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those providers. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s terms and policies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StayFlow Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes to the services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms, if required by law, if necessary to protect the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the services at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined by the jurisdiction relevant to the service relationship, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under applicable law.
